Photo 101: The Natural World 2.0

Day 8 goal:  Incorporate “leading lines” into your photo.

tiny spider on web, lawn mower filled its web with grass

I doubt this spider appreciated us mowing the yard and filling its web with grass clippings.

Many of the things people cling to and put all their time and effort into are like that spider web — easily ruined or destroyed.  Enduring happiness does not come from temporary things, but by placing your trust and joy in things that will last.

Love one another earnestly from a pure heart, since you have been born again, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding word of God.

For ‘all flesh is like grass and all its glory like the flower of grass.  The grass withers, and the flower falls, but the word of the Lord remains forever.’

~ 1 Peter 1:24-25
